How we were founded
MEDA was Founded with Dato' Oyama and has been focusing on popularization, promotion, events and competitions of electric darts in order to boost the Malaysian darts industry.
ABOUT US
Malaysia Electronic Dart Association (MEDA) is the official governing body for electronic darts in Malaysia. Our mission is to promote and develop the sport of electronic darts in Malaysia, and to provide opportunities for players of all levels to compete and improve their skills. We believe that electronic darts is not just a game, but a sport that requires mental focus, physical coordination, and strategic thinking. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to providing the best training and resources to help players maximize their potential and achieve their goals.

Together with our partners, we have organised multiple International reknown competitions that have attracted athletes from around the world to compete here in Malaysia

For those who are less competitive, together with our partners and stakeholders, we created challenges that they can actively take part in.

We've developed new leagues for professional, semi-professional and amateur level athletes to gain more exposure to E-Darts competitions.

Grassroot Development
Finally as part of the commitment of the federation, we do introduction programs to the general public who have not been exposed to e-darts. This is a grassroot activation to expose e-darts to the general public.

Darts Origins
Darts was originated about 700 years ago,
Originated in England during the medieval era in the 1300s, the game evolved currently skill and accuracy are needed to attain the best score.
Darts might feature at the 2028 Olympics.

Benefits of playing Darts
Darts challenges our brain in a number of ways and increases aim and hand-eye coordination. Darts is a strength exervise for the rhomboids. Strengthening the rhomboids helps to pull th eshoulds back to support good posture and decrease shoulder pain.

Competitive darts is a sport that requires continuous effort to accurately throw darts at targeted goals for success in matches.
